Mr. Ming Lei has over 10 years of investment experience, having previously worked at Huaxing Growth Capital, CITIC Private Equity Funds Management, and Brick Capital. He has led or co-led investments in notable projects, including NIO Inc. (NYSE: NIO), Smoore International (HKSE: 06969), RLX Technology (NYSE: RLX), POIZON (DeWu), Dreame Technology, POP MART (HKSE: 09992), Walnut Coding, LIHOO’s, Circle, and Starlink.
Mr. Lei has been honored with prestigious industry accolades, including Outstanding Young Investor in China's Private Equity Industry (2021-2022) by the Global PE Forum, and 40 Under 40 Elite Investors by Barron’s China.
Mr. Lei holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Management and Information Systems and a Master’s degree in Management Science and Engineering, both from Tsinghua University.
