Aurelian is a global investment professional with more than 10 years of experience across China, Europe and the Middle East. He brings expertise across investment, credit, asset-backed securities, and valuation analysis, with experience spanning private markets and real estate.

Prior to joining ESP, Aurelian held roles with CCB Zurich, HNA Group, Huafa Holdings, and Dubai Oneroad Group. Throughout his career, Chen Xi has been involved in more than US$300 million of fundraising and US$100 million in direct investments. He is a certified real estate appraiser and a CAIA Level I candidate, bringing a combination of investment, credit and valuation expertise to his work.

Aurelian holds a Master's degree in Finance from the University of Geneva and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering Management from Shanghai University.
