Investor Relations

Kris is Executive Director of Investor Relations at Empyrean Sky Partners where he drives fundraising strategy and builds relationships with family offices, funds of funds, insurance capital, and listed companies.

Prior to joining Empyrean Sky Partners, Kris gained experience across investment banking and corporate venture capital at a leading domestic boutique investment bank and at the strategic investment department of Tongcheng Travel Holdings Limited, a Hong Kong-listed online travel platform. He has led financing transactions for high-growth companies including Xuncetech, Baifei Electronics, CloudWalk, Adway International, SiliCONA Digital, SHEIN and ByteDance, with cumulative transaction value exceeding RMB 1 billion. This diverse experience gives him a broad perspective on capital formation, cross-border deal execution and investor relationships.

Kris holds a B.A. in Sociology of Sport from Beijing Sport University and a B.A. in Finance from Beijing Language and Culture University.
