Leah Li is Director of Human Resources at Empyrean Sky Partners, where she leads talent strategy and supports the firm's recruitment and organisational development. She brings more than 10 years of executive search experience across private equity, venture capital and industrial investment, with expertise in both USD and RMB fund environment.
Prior to joining Empyrean Sky Partners, Leah worked at FESCO, Adecco, and Falcon, where she focused on executive search and talent advisory. Her sector experience spans consumer electronics, hard technology, AI and embodied intelligence, TMT and cross-border M&A.
Leah holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the Chinese People's Liberation Army Aviation School.
