VINCENT CHEN

Legal Counsel

Vincent Chen serves as Legal Counsel at Empyrean Sky Partners, where he provides legal guidance across investment activities, fund structuring and strategic transactions. He brings extensive experience across private equity, capital markets, M&A and fund formation.

Prior to joining Empyrean Sky Partners, Vincent worked at Grandall Law Firm, Fosun Group, and Global Law Office, focusing on private equity investment and the formation and operation of M&A funds. He has also served as Head of Risk Control for an investment fund, taking end-to-end responsibility for its fundraising and establishment. 

Vincent holds a Bachelor of Laws from East China University of Political Science and Law and a Master of Laws from Emory University.
